The Senior Specialist, Brand Management supports the Northern Europe (NOEU) cluster in delivering best‑in‑class brand execution across all markets. This role focuses on localizing and implementing global brand strategies and toolkits - ensuring cultural relevance and executional excellence without creating new brand strategies.
Working closely with global brand teams, local markets, and cross‑functional partners, you will bring global campaigns to life, track performance, and continuously optimize execution across the cluster.

Brand Localization & Execution
- Localize global brand strategies, campaigns and toolkits for Northern European markets.
- Lead the deployment of global campaigns across the cluster, ensuring consistent activation and timely execution.
- Collaborate with agencies to adapt global creative and content for regional needs while maintaining brand integrity.
Brand Planning & Market Input
- Translate global annual brand plans into actionable cluster implementation plans.
- Provide market insights and performance feedback to global teams to influence future planning.
- Align cluster markets and global teams on timelines, content availability, and activation priorities.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Monitor brand KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and market dynamics across the region.
- Consolidate and analyze data to generate actionable insights that guide optimization.
- Share structured performance feedback with global and local teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with media (paid, earned owned), retail marketing, sales and e‑commerce to ensure cohesive brand execution across the consumer journey.
- Act as the cluster point of contact for global brand teams on execution status, needs, and performance updates.
- Support commercial priorities and joint business planning efforts through brand-driven insights.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, lifestyle, or beauty.
- Experience operating in a matrix environment and executing multi-market campaigns.
- Proven ability to localize global content to meet market needs without deviating from global direction.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting brand, consumer, and performance data.
- Executional excellence: Skilled in delivering flawless brand activation at scale.
- Brand stewardship: Strong understanding of brand guidelines and consistency.
- Project management: Able to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Data-driven: Comfortable generating insights from performance and market data.
- Collaborative: Effective team player across markets and functions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with solid presentation ability.
- Agility: Thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
