We are looking for a highly driven and commercially minded Senior Manager, Retail Excellence, Operations & Communications, to strengthen and continuously improve the operational foundations of our retail business across Northern Europe.
As a key member of the Sales organization, this role acts as a trusted partner to the Sales Leadership Team and plays a critical role in driving performance, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness across the region.
The successful candidate will lead initiatives across workforce planning, sales analytics, retail operations, compliance, internal communications, and large-scale employee events, ensuring our teams have the right people, processes, insights, and engagement platforms to deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial results.
This is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, project leadership, and hands-on execution.

Retail Workforce Planning & Organization
- Lead workforce planning and organizational effectiveness across Northern Europe.
- Partner with HR and Sales Leadership on staffing, recruitment, succession planning, and talent development.
- Monitor key people metrics and provide insights to support business performance and growth.
Sales Analytics & Performance Management
- Own retail performance reporting, dashboards, and business analytics.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Support business reviews, performance management, and decision-making across the retail organization.
Retail Operations Excellence
- Drive continuous improvement of retail processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Ensure operational readiness, execution excellence, and consistent standards across the region.
- Partner with Global, stores and support functions to implement initiatives and remove operational barriers.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Lead retail compliance governance across Northern Europe.
- Monitor key risk indicators, audits, inventory losses, and compliance performance.
Events, Communications & Engagement
- Lead the planning and execution of major Retail and Sales events across Northern Europe, including the annual Sales Conference, leadership meetings, and other events.
- Develop impactful communication strategies that align teams behind key business priorities.
- Support leadership communications, presentations, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across the retail organization.
WE DREAM - This is what we dream of:
- 7+ years of experience in Retail, Retail Operations, Sales Operations, Retail Excellence, or a comparable field.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving business impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, performance management, and commercial drivers.
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Experience in a complex retail environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale events, conferences, or communication initiatives is an advantage.
- Strong commercial mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action.
- Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and execution focus.
