Manager, eCommerce DACH (m/f/d) – Hamburg

As Manager, eCommerce DACH, you hold full commercial ownership of the DACH market and define the commercial agenda for Northern Europe. You set strategy, drive performance, and retain decision-making authority over promotions, cycles, and optimization initiatives.

This role is accountable for commercial outcomes, prioritization, and governance combining strategic leadership with a strong commercial drive. You are responsible for a team of five employees.

Commercial Leadership

Own end-to-end commercial performance for DACH.
Set the commercial agenda for Northern Europe, in close alignment with Benelux and Nordic market leads.
Translate strategy into clear priorities, targets, and executional focus.

Promotions, Cycles & Optimization

Lead and govern promotions, cycles, and optimization initiatives.
Own commercial decision-making and performance outcomes against key KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement through disciplined planning, optimization, and post-mortems.

Cluster Direction & Governance

Define commercial strategy for the Northern Europe cluster, executed by markets outside of DACH.
Establish clear commercial concepts and processes to ensure consistency and speed.
Act as the primary commercial contact person and sparring partner for cluster markets and cross-functional stakeholders.

People & Commercial Enablement

Lead, develop, and inspire the DACH eCommerce team, driving accountability and high performance.
Build a strong commercial culture with clear ownership and high standards.
Provide guidance on technical topics, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and timely escalation.
Provide commercial leadership to Northern Europe markets outside of DACH (without line management).
