The Coordinator, Performance Marketing is responsible for the operational execution, coordination, and day-to-day management of performance marketing activities across Northern Europe (DACH, BeNeLux & Nordics). The role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, in full, and according to brand and commercial requirements. Acting as the key operational interface between internal stakeholders and media agencies, the Coordinator oversees BAU activities, campaign implementation, reporting, and execution excellence. This is an execution-focused role rather than a strategic channel lead position.

Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Manage campaign calendars, launch plans, timelines, assets and approvals
- Coordinate and support the execution of Paid Search, Affiliate and other performance marketing campaigns in close collaboration with media agencies
- Brief agencies, review campaign setups, ensure accurate implementation and support platform-related execution where required
Agency Management & Operational Excellence
- Act as main day-to-day contact for media agencies to review campaign implementation and monitor execution quality
- Coordinate campaign changes, creative updates and implementation requests
- Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and tracking requirements
BAU Management
- Own recurring campaign activities and always-on marketing programs
- Maintain trackers, budgets, documentation and operational processes
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
- Monitor campaign KPIs and highlight risks or opportunities
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate activities with E-Commerce, CRM, Brand Marketing, Analytics and Global teams
WE DREAM - This is what we dream of:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (equivalent professional experience will also be considered)
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, media coordination, eCommerce marketing, or a similar field
- Initial hands-on experience in Paid Search and/or Affiliate Marketing
- Familiarity with campaign management platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, and Affiliate Network platforms, including campaign setup, execution, and performance monitoring
- Experience in collaborating with external agencies and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting and performance analysis tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Google Ads, SA360, and affiliate platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and a hands-on, execution-focused approach
- Proactive, collaborative, and accountable team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in campaign administration, budget tracking, operational process management, and performance reporting
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
