About the Team:

Pandora’s Omni Operations team plays a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience by ensuring product quality, accuracy, and timely processing across our distribution network.

The Seasonal Warehouse Assistant supports our Warehouse Operations, helping process merchandise while maintaining Pandora’s high standards of quality and care. This is a handson role ideal for individuals who are detailoriented and thrive in a fastpaced warehouse environment.
 

Your Role as a Seasonal Warehouse Assistant:

  • Receive, sort, and process returned or incoming merchandise in a warehouse environment
  • Inspect products for condition, accuracy, and quality based on established guidelines
  • Prepare items for resale, storage, or next processing stage, including cleaning and labeling
  • Perform basic data entry and tracking to ensure accurate inventory records
  • Support inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping standards
  • Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks such as packing, sorting, and material handling
  • Participate in special projects and peakvolume support as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

What is needed to succeed:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
  • Basic math skills and comfort working with inventory or tracking systems
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fastpaced environment
  • Teamoriented mindset with a professional attitude
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical tasks safely
  • Availability to work Saturday shifts as needed

Maryland Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
