About the Team:

The Pandora Operations team is committed to providing fast, accurate service to all customers while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across our network.

This role will lead Pandora’s e-commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring seamless execution across both direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels. This leader will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital fulfillment capabilities.
 

Your Role as Manager, E-Commerce Fulfillment: 

  • Lead the transition of e-commerce fulfillment in-house, establishing processes, systems, and team structure
  • Own onboarding and fulfillment readiness for marketplace vendors and future marketplace channels
  • Oversee end-to-end order execution including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Build scalable fulfillment processes to support growth across DTC and marketplace channels
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, including labor and capacity planning
  • Partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Planning, Digital, and Customer Experience teams
  • Drive KPI performance including order accuracy, ship-on-time, and order cycle time
  • Identify risks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution 

What is needed to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of  DTC Distribution experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or distribution operations
  • Experience supporting or scaling DTC and/or marketplace fulfillment (Amazon preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS, ERP) and fulfillment workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes and lead operational transformation initiatives
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

Maryland Salary: $111,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience
