About the Team:
The Trade & Customs team plays a critical role in supporting Pandora’s global supply chain by ensuring compliant, efficient, and cost‑effective import and export operations.
This role supports the Latin America (LATAM) market, partnering closely with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trade execution, strong data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Your Role as Trade & Customs Coordinator:
- Classify products using HS/HTS/NCM codes in compliance with country‑specific LATAM regulations
- Support end‑to‑end import and export execution across assigned LATAM markets
- Prepare and manage shipping instructions (SLIs) and coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers
- Monitor shipment status, proactively identifying risks, delays, and compliance issues
- Review and validate commercial documentation including invoices, packing lists, and transport documents
- Maintain accurate product classification, regulatory, and record‑retention databases
- Analyze trade and customs data (duty spend, clearance timelines, entry accuracy) using Excel and Power BI
- Build reports and dashboards to support compliance tracking, audits, and performance insights
- Identify trends, risks, and cost‑saving opportunities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What is needed to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in international Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in trade compliance, customs operations, logistics, or analytics (internships accepted)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Analytical skills with experience working with large datasets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, lookups, data validation)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally

Maryland Salary: $56,800-$63,900 commensurate with experience

About Pandora NAM:
The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
