About the Team:

The Logistics & Planning team supports Pandora’s operations by ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable logistics execution across Ecommerce and POSM channels.

This role supports 3PL operations and transportation partners, coordinating daily execution, monitoring performance, and supporting the successful delivery of logistics and planning initiatives that enable a strong customer experience.
 

Your Role as Logistics & Planning Coordinator:

  • Coordinate daily 3PL operations across Ecommerce and POSM, ensuring SLA adherence across receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping
  • Support planning and execution of warehousing and transportation initiatives, including process improvements, system enhancements, and carrier changes
  • Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external partners (3PLs, carriers, technology providers)
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely followup and alignment
  • Maintain and update operational reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and execution timelines
  • Support data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis to evaluate operational performance
  • Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of new tools, processes, and workflows
  • Support peak and promotional readiness through execution tracking and performance monitoring
  • Document SOPs, processes, and key learnings to support consistency and scalability

What is needed to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (3PL or DC experience preferred)
  • Exposure to data tracking, reporting, and operational performance metrics
  • Familiarity with warehouse, transportation, or fulfillment processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret trends and performance data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate crossfunctionally
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; experience with dashboards and reporting tools preferred
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems a plus

Maryland Salary: $56,800-$63,900 commensurate with experience
