About the Team:
The Facilities team supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Pandora’s Distribution Center. Partnering closely with Operations, Safety, and external vendors, the team ensures building systems, infrastructure, and workspaces are maintained to support uninterrupted daily operations.
As Assistant, Facilities & Maintenance, you will serve as a hands‑on, first responder to facility issues, supporting preventative maintenance, repairs, and building system reliability across the site.
Your Role as Facilities & Maintenance Assistant:
- Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on HVAC, electrical, and general facility systems
- Respond to work orders and facility‑related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential risks
- Monitor building systems and support issue resolution or escalation as needed
- Complete maintenance documentation and accurately track work performed
- Support and escort vendors, verifying work quality and safety compliance
- Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA and company standards
- Assist with small facility projects, space moves, and infrastructure improvements
What is needed to succeed:
- 3–5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, warehouse, or handyman roles
- Exposure to HVAC, electrical, or general building systems maintenance
- Basic working knowledge of tools, equipment, and preventative maintenance practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and respond to work orders in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills when working with internal teams and external vendors
- Ability to perform physical work safely, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Vocational, technical, or associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Maryland Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Glen Burnie, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
