Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quarterly update of our catalogue of packaging, displays and point-of-sales materials (relevance & visual appeal)
  • Support the introduction of new items and phasing out of discontinued items in the portfolio (pricing, master data, communication)
  • Work cross-functionally with Procurement and Global Supply Chain to solve ad-hoc issues and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Gather and analyze feedback on the Global campaign execution
  • Support with the sampling & ordering process, and develop implementation guidelines for the markets
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present your results in a structured and cohesive manner
  • Manage smaller projects with the Strategy & Operations area
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams within Store Creative & Design to ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments

 

Pro-active and results driven team player

We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for Marketing & Retail, paired with an operational & analytical mindset. We need a proactive team player who is not afraid to take on responsibility and likes to engage and communicate with various stakeholders. Furthermore, you should be:

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with 2 years left in your studies, preferably within Business Administration, Marketing or similar
  • Excellent communication in English (verbal & written)
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • InDesign skills are considered a plus
  • Ability to work independently
  • Available for ~ 15-20h per week (flexibility possible)
