Are you creative, detail-oriented, and excited about visual merchandising and product presentation? Do you enjoy working hands-on with products and supporting a global team in bringing collections to life? Pandora is currently looking for a Student Assistant to join our Product Presentation team.

As a Student Assistant, you will become part of a dynamic and collaborative team, supporting the creation and execution of global product presentation guidelines and visual merchandising activities. You will work closely with colleagues across the business and gain hands-on experience in an international retail environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the graphic design and production of global product presentation guidelines.
  • Assist with photography of displays for use in guidelines and other communication materials.
  • Support display activation and set-up at Pandora’s Global Office.
  • Manage and maintain the team’s in-house jewellery stock.
  • Ensure proper handling and administration of discontinued products.
  • Create product displays for internal and external events.
  • Support the Retail department with ad hoc assignments and operational tasks.
  • Serve as a key point of knowledge regarding past, current, and upcoming jewellery collections, as well as Pandora’s visual merchandising principles

 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree programme.
  • Strong user of Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of retail and/or the jewellery industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • You will be working approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods.
