Student Assistant, People Experience
Pandora is looking for an energetic and people‑passionate Student Assistant to join our People Experience team in our Global Office in Copenhagen!
In this role, you will contribute directly to initiatives that strengthen community, belonging, and employee experience across the Global Office. You will work closely with the Director, People Experience, supporting the planning and execution of engagement activities, cultural moments, people experience programs, and flagship internal events. This is a unique opportunity to shape how our colleagues in Copenhagen experience life at Pandora’s Global Office, while developing hands‑on skills across stakeholder management, event coordination, and employee engagement in a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Global Office engagement initiatives, including cultural events, people experience programs, and office‑wide activations.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of engagement initiatives, including meetings for the Global Office HR Team.
- Assist in the operational running of employee groups including communication support, event logistics, member engagement, and activity tracking.
- Help deliver major Global Office events (e.g., Summer & Winter Parties, milestone celebrations, People Experience campaigns) in close support from the Director.
- Create engaging communication materials, presentations, and content to promote People Experience initiatives, events, and updates across internal channels.
- Track participation levels, feedback, and impact measures to help evaluate the effectiveness of People Experience activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across HR, workplace teams, and internal communications to support a consistent, engaging employee experience at GO.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program—preferably within Business, HRM, Organisational Psychology, Experience Management, or a related field.
- Experience or interest in event coordination, community engagement is an advantage.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with SharePoint, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong interest in employee experience, culture building, and community‑driven initiatives.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain structure during busy event periods.

Additional Information
- You are expected to work 15–20 hours per week.
- Start date: July or August 2026
