Support on various logistics disciplines across Pandora’s global supply chain

Working in Global Logistics, you will support your colleagues on inbound logistics activities and assist with the coordination of shipments from global vendors to Pandora’s Distribution Centers (DCs). You will collaborate with logistics stakeholders across the organisation and support the Logistics Manager with operational tasks, data analysis, and process improvements.

Your areas of responsibility

You will be exposed to a variety of tasks within global logistics and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions. You will take ownership of your own tasks and support the team with operational and analytical work.

The tasks will vary but will typically be related to:

  • Support the logistics operations with daily operational tasks related to inbound shipments
  • Assist with coordination and follow-up on shipments from global vendors to Distribution Centers
  • Perform data analysis related to logistics performance, costs, and delivery timelines
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
  • Support documentation and tracking of shipping and logistics processes
  • Assist in maintaining and improving logistics-related master data
  • Support process improvement initiatives and logistics projects

 

Proactive, curious and eager to learn

You might be the person we are looking for if you are a proactive and enthusiastic team player with an analytical mindset. You are structured, reliable, and comfortable working with data and stakeholders across different teams. You take ownership of your tasks and enjoy working in an international environment.

Additionally, we hope to see that you can demonstrate:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with at least 1 year remaining in your studies in Logistics or Supply Chain oriented field
  • Excellent communication skills in English with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to create clear presentations in PowerPoint
  • Interest in supply chain, logistics, or operations
  • A curious mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo

Additional information

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
