Student Assistant, PMO and Business Partnering

Pandora is currently looking for a dedicated Student Assistant to join our Digital & Technology PMO & Business Partnering team. You will become part of the wider Strategy, Portfolio & Partnering function, where your primary focus will be supporting portfolio management, strategic initiatives, and internal communication activities across Digital & Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will be dynamic, spanning PMO and Business Partnering, and can include:
- Help coordinate and prepare for stakeholder meetings and governance forums to support the cluster teams in tracking cluster relevant D&T initiatives and follow-up actions.
- Assist with the creation of presentations, reports, and communication materials that land clearly with a range of audiences from technical teams to senior business leaders
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement work and help maintain our project documentation and internal knowledge bases, ensuring the team always has accurate, up-to-date information to work from
- Support building the D&T operating model and ways of working including documentation, facilitation of stakeholder sessions, deployment, rollout, and follow-up
- Support change and transformation activities, including tracking and reporting on adoption
- Ad hoc tasks across both functions and much more we will define and develop together based on your interests
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree within IT, Business Administration, Business Development, Economics, or a similar field.
- Ideally starting your Master's degree or with at least one year remaining in your studies.
- Strong IT skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience within strategy, portfolio/project management, consulting, or technology-related environments is considered an advantage.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with PMO, Operating Models in IT or technology environments
- Familiarity with AI productivity tooling (e.g. Copilot, Claude, or similar)
- Experience with Jira and/or Confluence

Additional Information
- You are expected to work approximately 20 hours per week on average (with flexibility around examinations).
