As a Student Assistant in Pandora’s Product Innovation team (Portfolio Strategy & Collection Management), you’ll contribute to defining the long-term product vision across collections and categories, working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and commercial insight. Building the future of Pandora, today
Based at our Copenhagen headquarters, the Product Innovation team is part of the Portfolio Strategy & Innovation team within Pandora’s Global Product function. In this role, you’ll be a natural part of the team, contributing to deliver our growth ambition and key strategic objectives. You’ll report to a Manager while collaborating closely with all team members and participating in cross-functional forums. You will thrive in the role if you are a versatile and adaptive team-player motivated by learning and with a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to team goals.

 

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Monitor & map competitive activities and industry trends and deliver a bi-monthly innovation radar to the organization
  • Conduct market and pricing analyses to support new launches
  • Contribute to preparing consumer research (e.g. stimuli)
  • Assist in preparing presentations for key strategic meetings with top management
  • Support in preparing project plans and coordinating internal, cross-functional meetings
  • Manage various on-going and ad hoc tasks in the Product Innovation team
  • Maintain and update monthly project portfolio tracker 

 

 We Imagine That You

  • Study Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Are ideally at the start of your Master’s or have at least 1.5 years left of your studies
  • Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with consumer insights
  • Have a genuine interest in jewellery and retail, and a natural flare for culture and trends
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence
  • Bring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Enjoy working with various stakeholders
  • Are structured, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Have a proactive mindset with the ability to support tasks and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Experience from internships or student positions in international companies, preferably within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG, is a plus

 

You’ll Also Bring

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Working Requirements

  • This role is based in our Copenhagen HQ
  • Up to 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams
  • Please note: To be considered for this role, you need to be enrolled in a Nordic University
