Where creativity meets commercial growth
As our new Student Assistant, you will support the Engraving team in delivering ambitious growth plans and building Pandora’s personalization universe. You’ll contribute to monthly reporting, new product launches, commercial insights, internal communication, and strategic presentations — all while collaborating with crossfunctional teams. 

This role will give you exposure to a broad range of tasks and genuine ownership opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting monthly and ad hoc reporting 

  • Assisting with new product launch activities (e.g., briefs, roadmaps, coordination) 

  • Helping with marketing requests such as shoot preparation and product prioritisation 

  • Preparing presentations for senior leadership meetings 

  • Participating in internal events to increase visibility of Engraving 

  • Conducting consumer and market analyses 

  • Coordinating internal meetings 

  • Providing ongoing operational support across the Engraving team 

 

Bring your creativity, structure, and curiosity
You will thrive in this role if you’re passionate about consumers, excited by personalization, and enjoy working at the crossroads of creativity, analysis, and commercial development. You are structured, proactive, and motivated by learning — with a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to team goals. 

We imagine that you: 

  • Study Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 

  • Are ideally at the start of your Master’s or have at least 1.5 years left of your studies 

  • Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with consumer insights 

  • Communicate with clarity and confidence 

  • Feel comfortable in a fastpaced, everevolving environment 

  • Are structured, detailoriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks 

  • Have a genuine interest in jewellery, retail, culture, and trends 

 

You’ll also bring: 

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel 

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) 

 

 

Your new team
You’ll join the Engraving team within Pandora’s Global Office in Copenhagen — a small, passionate, and highly collaborative team working to expand the personalization space across markets. Partnering closely with Brand Management, Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams, we bring personalization concepts to life and enable meaningful emotional connections with consumers worldwide. 

 

Working requirements: 

  • This role is based in our Copenhagen HQ 

  • Up to 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams 

  • Please note: To be considered for this role, you need to be enrolled in a Danish University.
