Are you motivated by turning data into commercial impact? Join our Trade Merchandising team as a Specialist and play a key role in supporting global assortment performance through data-driven insights and structured merchandising processes.
As a Specialist in Trade Merchandising within Global Merchandising, you will maintain accurate forecasting inputs, execute Range Framework tools, and deliver clear trade insights across collections and markets. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will support the buying process and contribute to data-driven decision-making that drives commercial performance.

You take ownership of your work, are comfortable working with performance data, and can translate insights into actions that support business decisions. You collaborate effectively across teams and bring a structured approach to managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate forecasting inputs, including DV-level data, performance signals, and trends for assigned categories and collections
- Deliver forecast for new product launches, including data preparation and coordination of presentation inputs
- Build and maintain Range Framework tools such as visual trays, product tiering and other supporting processes
- Support and track product lifecycle actions such as discontinuation and promotions, ensuring proper documentation and alignment
- Prepare weekly and monthly trade reports with clear summaries and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Conduct targeted deep-dive analyses to identify commercial opportunities and support decision-making
- Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and process adherence across all Trade Merchandising tools
Key Skills Required
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience within Product Merchandising, Buying, Ecom, or similar
- Experience from the retail or fashion industry is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear and actionable insights
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to data and reporting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- A commercial mindset with focus on driving performance and identifying opportunities
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
