About the Role
We’re currently looking for a Specialist, Tactical Planning to take responsibility for the planning execution of New Product Introductions (NPI) and campaigns, and act as the global supply chain focal point for the Diamonds assortment. For Diamonds, this role owns inventory analysis and helps steer cross-functional decision-making to secure availability and balanced inventory across the network.

 

As our new Tactical Planning Specialist, you will ensure timely product availability at launch through NPI order placement and structured coordination with commercial stakeholders, manufacturing, and Distribution Centers (DCs). Acting as the operational anchor for NPI execution, you will translate plans into executable orders, shipment plans, and transfer flows, while proactively managing risks, delays, and replanning needs to support agile commercial initiatives and controlled decision-making across the value chain.

 

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitation of weekly follow up meetings with Crafting & Supply for deliveries of the campaign sell-in packs
  • End-of-life cycle phasing out of assortment and last-buys
  • Cross-functional NPI information sharing to support timely and agile decision making
  • Facilitation of weekly cross-functional Diamonds Drumbeat meeting
  • NPI launch readiness and execution accuracy, as well as launch readiness fill-rate performance
  • Driving continuous improvement in NPI and Diamonds launch readiness, by strengthening shipment planning accuracy and cross-functional alignment

 

Business travel expected: approx. 15 days/year

 

What is needed to succeed

You are a structured, fact-based communicator, and a confident facilitator of cross-functional governance forums. You are comfortable driving alignment in occasions where trade-offs are required. You’re able to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders, and you’re able to build and maintain strong relationships.

 

Additionally, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or similar
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Supply/Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Merchandise Planning, or other related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to perform deep supply and inventory analysis and translate insights into decisions
  • Ability to drive alignment across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Planning stakeholders
  • Experience managing campaign-driven and time-critical supply flows
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into decisions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong familiarity with systems like Logility, o9, or similar
