Drive Pandora’s omnichannel excellence across Global eCommerce and Retail
As our new Specialist, Omnichannel - Interim, you will play a key role in bringing Pandora’s omnichannel vision to life across our Global eCommerce and markets. You will be part of implementing, optimizing, and continuously improving our omnichannel capabilities - ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across channels.
Working closely with stakeholders across eCommerce, Retail Operations, and Digital & Tech, you will support the rollout of tools, frameworks, and initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on performance tracking, documentation, and operational excellence. With a structured and analytical approach, you will help coordinate and improve processes that elevate the customer journey, while independently managing day-to-day responsibilities within your scope.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Execute and manage defined global omnichannel initiatives across markets, ensuring alignment with standards, timelines, and processes.
- Gather and consolidate business requirements and feedback from stakeholders across E-commerce, Retail, and Digital teams.
- Coordinate rollout activities for omnichannel features, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams.
- Own and maintain omnichannel documentation, guidelines, and process materials, ensuring they are up to date, accessible, and consistently applied.
- Monitor and analyze omnichannel performance metrics within assigned areas, identifying trends and highlighting improvement opportunities.
- Track operational issues and process deviations, perform initial root-cause analysis, and follow up on resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate omnichannel readiness planning for key commercial periods and campaigns, ensuring learnings, risks, and improvement opportunities are identified and implemented to support stability and customer experience during peak trading periods.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working within the omnichannel space.
- Conduct structured research on industry trends and competitor activities to support ongoing optimization efforts.

You will succeed with:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field
- Experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or omnichannel environments
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Ability to apply structured processes and contribute to process improvements
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation and operational execution
- Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, SharePoint

You’ll join Pandora’s Global Ecommerce Experience team - a collaborative, forward thinking group dedicated to delivering high-quality digital and omnichannel experiences across markets. Working closely with Retail, Sales, Digital & Tech, and Cluster Ecommerce Directors, the team acts as a global hub for building consistency, scalability, and customer centric excellence in Pandora’s omnichannel ecosystem. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, you’ll be part of a global community shaping the future of our customer journeys.
