We're looking for a Merchandising Planner to join our Global Merchandising team. In this role, you'll play a key part in translating customer demand into actionable buying and planning decisions, ensuring the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities. You'll work closely with global and regional stakeholders to drive forecasting excellence, maximize commercial opportunities, and support the success of our collections across markets.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Merchandising Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate sell-out forecasts that support buying decisions, inventory planning, and commercial performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining SKU-level sell-out forecasts in both units and value.
- Executing buying strategies for assigned collections or key markets.
- Monitoring demand trends and updating forecasts to support supply and production planning.
- Applying forecasting models and analytical insights to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.
- Planning and forecasting volumes for new product launches in partnership with Merchandising teams.
- Managing product exits and inventory optimization initiatives.
- Collaborating with global and local merchandising teams to maximize commercial performance and support local market execution.
- Contributing to assortment and range planning initiatives and supporting handover processes to Inventory & Allocation teams.
- Participating in business reviews and forecasting discussions with key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial awareness and enjoys working collaboratively across functions.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Merchandising, Retail, Fashion, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Buying, Merchandising Planning, Allocation, or a related area.
- Experience within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-focused industries.
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and demand planning principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with planning systems such as APTEAN or o9 is advantageous.
- Professional fluency in English.
