Where forecasting excellence meets commercial performance
In this role, you will deliver accurate, credible eCommerce forecasts across sales, demand, orders, and operational KPIs. Working closely with market leads and global teams, you’ll maintain and optimise Pandora’s forecasting models, ensuring we meet customer expectations, support operational teams, and enable informed commercial decisions.
You will apply forecasting methodologies, quantify risk and opportunity, and continuously refine model performance to support both short‑term trading and long‑term planning. Your insights will help strengthen Pandora’s digital performance and revenue outlook globally.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Driving and continuously enhancing weekly and daily eCommerce forecast

Coordinating with market leads to challenge, refine, and validate local forecasts

Preparing model outputs for fulfilment, customer care, digital operations, and wider teams

Monitoring forecasting accuracy and identifying root causes of major variances

Supporting day‑to‑day maintenance and technical upkeep of forecasting tools

Analysing demand drivers such as promotions, seasonal shifts, and new collection launches

Identifying patterns and performance risks to improve forecast reliability
Bring your analytical strength, structure, and commercial curiosity
You will thrive in this role if you are numerate, detail‑oriented, and passionate about translating complex data into meaningful insights. Hands‑on experience in forecasting, demand planning, or merchandising

Experience in digital commerce, retail forecasting, or analytics functions is a plus

You’ll join the eCommerce Analytics & Insights team - Pandora’s global hub for digital performance insights, forecasting, and analytical excellence. The team partners closely with Connected Digital Commerce, Cluster Analytics, Omni Operations, and market trading teams to ensure Pandora’s digital business is equipped with accurate forecasts, actionable insights, and a strong understanding of performance drivers. Together, we enable better decisions, stronger execution, and sustainable growth across markets.
