Create impactful training that empowers our global retail teams
As Specialist, Products & Craftsmanship, you will design and deliver high‑quality learning content that strengthens product knowledge, craftsmanship understanding, and service capability across Pandora’s stores worldwide. Your work will directly support the performance of frontline teams — enabling them to confidently deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and training partners to create innovative, learner‑centric content. You will also use data and feedback to continuously improve learning solutions and ensure they align with business priorities.
You will report to the Manager, Global Retail training and operate with strong ownership within our Global Retail Excellence function.
What you will do
• Design and develop engaging learning assets (digital modules, printable assets, classroom content, etc.)
• Apply instructional design principles to create interactive, learner‑centric content
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively
• Bring frontline insights into content development, ensuring relevance and impact
• Collaborate with global functions and retail teams to identify capability needs
• Use data, KPIs, and feedback to assess training impact and recommend improvements
• Conduct training needs analyses to inform learning priorities
• Communicate insights clearly, including occasional presentations to senior stakeholders
• Stay updated on learning trends, tools, and best practices
What you bring
• Experience in instructional design, training development, or similar learning roles (ideally retail)
• Understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and frontline capability needs
• Proficiency with authoring tools (eg. Rise) and Learning Management Systems
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning methods
• Ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into action
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• A proactive, learner‑centric mindset with strong attention to detail
• Collaborative, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
