Application Deadline:  September 21, 2026

Drive the engine behind Pandora's global creative work!

Great creative work doesn't happen by accident.

Behind every successful campaign is someone who creates clarity, balances priorities, optimizes workflows, and helps teams perform at their best. If you're passionate about bringing structure to complexity, driving operational excellence, and taking real ownership of decisions, not just tasks, we'd love to hear from you.

Join Pandora's Creative Studio, our in-house creative agency, and play a pivotal role in enabling the delivery of global campaigns and creative initiatives across channels, markets, and customer touchpoints.

Reporting to the Director, Creative Operations, you'll sit at the center of Studio operations, partnering with creatives, marketers, project managers, regional stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the right work reaches the right people at the right time.

You'll own and drive five key areas of responsibility:

  • Intake & Traffic Management

  • Resource Planning & Allocation

  • Operational Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Project Delivery & Operational Leadership

  • Freelancer & External Partner Operations

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives on solving complex challenges, making informed decisions, influencing outcomes, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced creative environment.

What youll do

Intake & Traffic Management

Own and continuously improve how work enters and moves through Creative Studio. You'll manage intake, facilitate prioritization discussions, maintain workflow visibility, and proactively identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, and competing priorities.

Resource Planning & Allocation

Lead day-to-day resource planning across the Studio, balancing business demand with team capacity. You'll partner closely with Creative Leads, Project Managers, and stakeholders to make and own resourcing recommendations and prioritization decisions that support successful delivery.

Operational Governance & Continuous Improvement

Drive operational excellence through reporting, performance tracking, process management, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll create visibility into Studio performance while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and ways of working.

Project Delivery & Operational Leadership

Lead smaller projects and operational initiatives from brief through delivery while supporting larger campaigns across the Studio. You'll coordinate timelines, manage dependencies, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and help ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Freelancer & External Partner Operations

Oversee the operational management of freelancers and external partners, including onboarding, contracts, purchase orders, budget tracking, and compliance processes, helping ensure smooth and effective external collaborations.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who combines strong operational capabilities with sound judgment, a proactive mindset, and a passion for enabling teams to do their best work.

You'll likely bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Creative Operations, Resource Management, Traffic Management, Project Management, or a similar operational role

  • Experience managing complex workflows, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders

  • Strong planning, coordination, and resource management skills

  • Confidence making judgment calls independently and taking ownership of outcomes

  • The ability to influence decisions, challenge priorities when needed, and drive alignment across teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for operational excellence

  • Experience working with project and workflow management platforms such as Asana, Aprimo, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar tools

Why Join Pandora's Creative Studio?

This is more than an operations role.

It's an opportunity to become a key operational partner within a global in-house creative agency, influencing how work gets done, helping shape future ways of working, and enabling exceptional creative output at scale.

You'll work with talented colleagues across creative, marketing, digital, and regional teams while gaining exposure to strategic resource management, operational leadership, process transformation, and project delivery.
