We are looking for a Collection Management Specialist, CORE who can seamlessly blend analytical thinking with creative intuition to support the development and execution of Pandora’s global collection strategies. 

 

In this role, you will contribute to shaping our global product portfolio by identifying creative and commercial white spaces and translating them into clear product recommendations. Bringing together market and consumer insights, cultural awareness, and a strong creative sensibility, you will help ensure collections are both relevant and commercially successful. Positioned at the intersection of strategy and design, you will play a key role within one of the most influential areas of our product organization: The CORE segment of our assortment represents the collections most closely rooted in our unique DNA, accounting for over 60% of the business. 

 

You will work in close partnership with Collection Owners and collaborate across Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Insights. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to deepen their commercial, creative, and strategic capabilities within a global, cross-functional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing 

 

Strategy & Creative analysis 

  • Partner with Design and Creative Direction to evolve the global product portfolio, balancing creative vision with commercial opportunity  

  • Contribute to early ideation and portfolio development through trend research, cultural insight, and creative exploration  

  • Translate cultural, fashion, and consumer signals into clear product recommendations that shape seasonal collections  

  • Leverage consumer insights and competitive benchmarking, across direct competitors and aspirational brands, to inform collection strategy and creative vision 

  • Identify white spaces within range architecture and unlock new product opportunities across categories, metals, price tiers 

 

Analytical Support 

  • Contribute to long- and short-term collection strategies through commercial analysis, data insights, and scenario modelling  

  • Monitor and evaluate performance across key metrics, including sell-through, margin, lifecycle, and SKU productivity  

  • Synthesize insights into clear, well-structured narratives to support strategic reviews and decision-making 

 

Assortment Management 

  • Support the development of collection-level range architecture aligned with strategic priorities 

  • Build structured assortment plans across category, price tiers, materials, and key product dimensions 

  • Track and manage global assortment frameworks to ensure clarity and consistency across markets 

 

Pricing, Lifecycle & Promotion 

  • Inform pricing strategy through competitive benchmarking and commercial analysis 

  • Track product lifecycle performance and identify opportunities for optimization 

  • Provide analytical input into promotional planning to enhance overall collection performance 

 

Product Strategy Translation & Go-to-Market Enablement 

  • Partner closely with Marketing to translate the product plan into actionable guidance for collection briefs, ensuring clear product priorities that drive commercial visibility and inspiring styling across campaigns 

  • Provide product direction to support cohesive and effective omnichannel retail presentation 

  • Collaborate with Retail Excellence to shape retail staff training briefs, delivering strong product clarity, inspirational storytelling, and confident on-floor execution 

 

Governance & Ways of Working 

  • Elevate the quality of design briefs, inputs, and feedback loops to support strong creative and commercial outcomes  

  • Drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams through structured communication and reliable insights

Who You Are 

 

Working Experience 

  • 2–5 years of experience in product management, merchandising, assortment planning, or similar commercial or strategic roles  

  • We welcome individuals with creative backgrounds who have a strong interest in developing analytical and commercial capabilities 

  • We also welcome candidates with an equivalent mix of experience and education. 

 

Skills 

  • A sharp eye for trends and a genuine passion for storytelling and jewelry design  

  • Strong curiosity for culture and an understanding of cultural drivers  

  • Strong conceptual thinking and visual communication skills  

  • An analytical mindset with high attention to detail  

  • Solid commercial understanding of assortment, pricing, and product lifecycle dynamics  

  • Structured problem-solving and scenario analysis capabilities  

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel  

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaborative working style
