What You'll Do 

As a Specialist, Adjacent Products & Services, you will: 

  • Support the rollout and execution of global adjacent products and service initiatives across clusters and markets.  

  • Coordinate implementation activities and support store readiness, ensuring alignment on processes, tools, and materials.  

  • Support market adoption by developing tools, resources, and execution frameworks that enable stores to successfully implement services and adjacent product initiatives. 

  • Develop and maintain playbooks, SOPs, toolkits, and operational guidelines that support consistent execution globally.  

  • Collaborate with clusters to adapt global frameworks and materials to local market needs.  

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Procurement, D&T, C&S, Merchandising, VM, and Retail Excellence teams.  

  • Gather, analyse, and translate performance data, adoption metrics, operational insights, and store feedback into actionable recommendations and reporting that support decision-making and continuous improvement. 

  • Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and ways of working.  

  • Support testing, validations, and operational readiness activities for new service and adjacent product launches.  

  • Facilitate alignment across markets and encourage sharing of best practices.  

  • Act as a key connector between global and local teams to ensure successful implementation and execution.  

 

What We're Looking For 

  • 3–5 years of experience within retail, operations, customer experience, training, project coordination, or similar fields.  

  • Experience working in cross-functional and/or global environments.  

  • Solid understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and store execution.  

  • Experience supporting project rollouts, implementations, or operational initiatives.  

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, feedback, and performance insights.  

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams and functions.
