About the Role

As Senior Specialist, Retail Operations - Sales Floor Excellence, you will shape global operating principles, standards, and solutions that improve store productivity, operational consistency, and customer experience across Pandora’s retail network. You will lead complex, cross-functional workstreams from initial problem definition through implementation and adoption. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will structure ambiguous operational topics, establish the recommended approach, and bring together stakeholders across functions and markets to drive solutions forward. You will make recommendations within your area of responsibility and retain ownership of the operational assessment and direction.

 

Your Key Responsibiltiies will include:

  • Shape and continuously improve global Sales Floor operating principles, standards, frameworks, and ways of working.
  • Translate strategic priorities, store needs, and operational insights into practical, scalable solutions that improve productivity, consistency, and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or redesign Sales Floor activities, balancing global consistency with relevant cluster, market, and store requirements.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional operational initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and follow-up.
  • Independently structure ambiguous topics by defining the scope, priorities, stakeholders, governance, and recommended approach.
  • Anticipate risks, dependencies, implementation challenges, and operational trade-offs, driving mitigation actions and escalating decisions with broader strategic, financial, or organizational implications.
  • Define the operational approach, tools, guidance, and communications required to embed new standards and ways of working successfully across stores.
  • Assess adoption and performance using operational data, reporting, store feedback, and cross-market learnings.
  • Identify root causes and improvement opportunities, translate insights into clear recommendations, and drive follow-up actions that strengthen execution and long-term sustainability.
  • Define relevant success measures and shape reporting requirements to ensure insights are useful, actionable, and aligned with operational needs.
  • Act as the primary operational partner for assigned programs, building alignment across Global Labor, Global Retail Training, Global Inventory Process & Control Excellence, Global Strategy, clusters, markets, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Influence decisions and constructively challenge proposals based on store realities, operational requirements, and available evidence.
  • Represent Sales Floor Excellence in relevant forums and working groups, ensuring solutions remain practical and executable at store level.

 

What is needed to succeed

  • Extensive first-hand retail store experience and a deep understanding of day-to-day operations, customer experience, and Sales Floor execution.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex operational initiatives across functions, stakeholders, or markets.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous challenges, define an approach, and lead initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
  • Experience translating strategic priorities into practical and scalable operational solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data and operational insights into clear recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Experience working in a complex, international, or multi-market organization is strongly preferred.
