Senior Manager, Strategy Transformation, Digital & Technology

City:  Copenhagen V
Country/Region:  DK
Application Deadline:  July 24, 2026

Lead the strategy that shapes Pandora's digital future — and the transformation that brings it to life.

As Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation, you will lead the team that shapes the strategic direction of Pandora's Digital & Technology (D&T) organisation while ensuring our strategic ambitions are translated into meaningful action across the business.

This is more than a strategy role. You will help define where D&T is going, drive D&T-wide transformation, lead strategic communication and leadership engagement, and ensure the organization understand, embrace and execute our priorities.

You will lead a high-performing team of five within the Strategy, Portfolio & Business Partnering function in our Delivery & Planning organisation. You will set the team's direction, build its capabilities, and oversee a diverse portfolio spanning digital strategy, AI transformation, organizational transformation and executive support. This is a hands-on leadership role: You will lead and grow your team while personally driving strategic projects, facilitating leadership discussions, creating executive material and partnering with senior leaders across the organisation.

We are looking for an experienced strategy and transformation leader who combines exceptional strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities, outstanding communication skills and the ability to inspire people through change.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Develop the Team

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Strategy & Transformation team, creating a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.

  • Set clear priorities, establish high standards and build capabilities across strategy development, transformation, executive communication and leadership engagement.

  • Shape the team's operating model and continuously evolve how the function creates value for Digital & Technology.

Shape Digital & Technology Strategy

  • Lead the development and evolution of Digital & Technology's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with Pandora's enterprise strategy and business ambitions.

  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguity, frame complex strategic challenges, identify opportunities and define priorities that maximise business value.

  • Develop strategic recommendations, business cases and decision frameworks that enable executive decision making and help leaders make informed strategic choices.

Connect Strategy to Execution

  • Translate strategic ambition into clear priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes – ensuring they are effectively embedded into planning, portfolio management and operational execution

  • Frame, shape, and execute D&T cross-functional strategic projects - both directly and through the team - to drive enterprise-wide impact.

  • Define engagement models, governance and success measures for strategic projects

Lead Transformation & Organisational Change

  • Build Digital & Technology's transformation capability, ensuring change is delivered consistently and sustainably.

  • Design and embed transformation approaches, governance and ways of working that enable successful execution and translate strategy into lasting organizational impact.

  • Champion major transformation programmes, including AI adoption, leadership capability, operating model evolution and new ways of working.

Drive Strategic Communication & Leadership Engagement

  • Own the communication of Digital & Technology's strategy, ensuring leaders and employees understand where we are going, why it matters and how they contribute.

  • Lead strategic narratives across Townhalls, Director Forums, leadership events and executive communications to drive organizational alignment and change adoption

  • Translate complex business and technology topics into clear, compelling stories tailored to different audiences.

  • Partner with senior leaders to communicate transformation consistently and effectively across the Organisation.

Empower Executive Leadership

  • Provide trusted strategic support to the CDTO and Digital & Technology Leadership Team – challenging thinking, surfacing trade-offs and providing objective recommendations.

  • Facilitate leadership discussions, strategic workshops and planning sessions that drive alignment and informed decisions.

  • Shape executive messaging and develop high-quality executive material & strategic recommendations enabling confident decision making and organizational alignment.

Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong partnerships across Digital & Technology and business functions to ensure aligned planning and execution.

  • Influence senior stakeholders to achieve alignment across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

What We Envision You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation or enterprise change, ideally combining management consulting with leadership experience in a large, complex organisation.

  • Experience leading high-performing teams and developing talented professionals.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving and structured decision-making capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience leading organisation-wide transformation programmes and driving change from strategy through execution.

  • Strong communication, storytelling and executive presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into compelling narratives.

  • Experience designing and facilitating executive workshops, leadership forums or strategic planning processes.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across organisational boundaries.

  • Strong understanding of organisational change, leadership engagement and change adoption.

  • A proactive, collaborative and delivery-focused mindset, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.

  • Confidence working in fast-paced environments, bringing clarity, structure and momentum to ambiguity.

Your Team

You will lead Pandora's Strategy & Transformation team within Digital & Technology. The team plays a central role in shaping D&T's strategic direction and ensuring strategy translates into action through transformation, leadership engagement, strategic communication and organisational alignment.

Working at the centre of the D&T organisation, you and your team will partner closely with the CDTO, the Digital & Technology Leadership Team and senior leaders across Pandora to shape strategic priorities, drive transformation and connect strategy with execution.
