We are now looking for a Senior Manager, RGM Insights & Development to shape our analytics capabilities and translate insights into lasting commercial impact.

Your role 

As Senior Manager, you will lead a high-performing team and act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the business. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, while continuously evaluating and optimising how RGM processes operate — streamlining workflows and ensuring the right strategic frameworks are in place to scale effectively across markets. 

 

You will sit at the intersection of analytics, pricing, promotions, and business strategy, helping Pandora unlock sustainable growth opportunities globally by combining sharp insight with strong operational and strategic foundations. 

  

Key responsibilities 

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a strong analytics foundation and a clear link to commercial impact 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing key commercial decisions through insights and recommendations 

  • Lead strategic and operational RGM initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and stakeholder alignment to analysis, recommendation development, and implementation 

  • Proactively identify and surface commercial insights that matter, translating analysis into clear recommendations and leadership-ready communication 

  • Shape and evolve Pandora’s RGM capabilities, delivering data-driven recommendations for both strategic and tactical decisions 

  • Enhance competitor intelligence capabilities, including automated insight generation across markets 

  • Own and enhance RGM ways of working, driving consistency and best practices across markets and teams 

  • Partner closely with Pricing and Promotions teams as the analytical backbone for enhancing RGM performance 

  • Translate large, complex datasets into clear commercial hypotheses and actionable recommendations 

  • Support the implementation of future RGM processes, tools and systems, including vendor evaluation 

  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to strengthen data quality, infrastructure, and scalability 

  • Build strong relationships across senior stakeholder groups, influencing decisions through compelling communication (including, impactful presentations), structured problem-solving, and fact-based recommendations 

  

What you bring 

  • 6–8 years of experience within RGM, pricing, strategy, finance, or management consulting 

  • Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members, with a strong interest in people development 

  • Strong analytical toolkit, including advanced Excel modelling and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) 

  • Experience working with large datasets and ideally ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx or similar) 

  • Proven ability to lead projects and drive outcomes in complex environments 

  • A strong commercial mindset with a passion for retail or consumer goods 

  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across functions 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
