As our new Senior Manager, Global Labour Management, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the global labour strategy that enables our stores to operate efficiently while supporting business growth and exceptional customer service. 

Based at our global headquarters in Copenhagen, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Retail Operations, Finance, HR, Data & Analytics, and Digital & Technology to help optimize workforce planning and labour productivity across markets worldwide. 

 

Your Role 

As the global expert within labour management, you will lead the development and execution of Pandora's workforce management strategy while ensuring alignment across our international retail organization. 

 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing and evolving Pandora's global labour strategy to support productivity, profitability, and sales growth. 

  • Partnering with Digital & Technology and Data & Analytics teams to enhance workforce management tools and capabilities, including our workforce management platform, Plan.dora. 

  • Driving the evolution of labour budgeting processes in close collaboration with Finance, HR, and local commercial teams. 

  • Leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities for improving workforce productivity, scheduling efficiency, and store performance. 

  • Establishing global workforce management standards, processes, policies, and KPIs. 

  • Supporting and coaching local workforce management teams across markets to strengthen capabilities and drive adoption of best practices. 

  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and AI-powered workforce management solutions. 

  • Ensuring compliance with labour regulations, workforce management policies, and scheduling standards across markets. 

 

What We're Looking For 

We imagine that you bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder management skills. 

 

You likely have: 

  • Significant experience within Retail Operations and workforce or labour management. 

  • Experience from retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or other customer-facing industries. 

  • A strong understanding of store operations and the drivers behind labour productivity and customer experience. 

  • Experience leading teams and driving change across complex organizations. 

  • Exposure to international and matrix environments, ideally within a multi-country or global organization. 

  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into business decisions. 

  • Experience with workforce management platforms and scheduling solutions. Knowledge of Dayforce is an advantage. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. 

  • Fluency in English.
