Your mission: Drive the next phase of Pandora’s eCommerce growth by defining and driving high-impact growth opportunities across the global eCommerce ecosystem, delivering measurable P&L impact through cross-functional execution.

 

Reporting to the Global Senior Director of Connected Digital Commerce, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, influence strategic planning, and act as a connector across global and regional digital teams on long-term growth opportunities 

 

Key responsibilities  

Define and drive future growth opportunities 

  • Identify and shape long-term growth opportunities across the digital commerce ecosystem  

  • Translate strategic hypotheses into structured initiatives, business cases, and scalable pilots  

 

Lead strategic cross-functional transformation initiatives 

  • Own and lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept through to scaled implementation, with clear focus on delivering measurable P&L impact 

  • Define and implement governance structures, success metrics, and decision frameworks to ensure alignment, accountability, and disciplined execution 

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across global and regional teams to ensure initiatives are designed for scalability, operational excellence, and long-term impact 

 

Drive eCommerce strategic alignment and operating cohesion 

  • Establish and reinforce joint planning rhythms, ways of working, and communication structures across teams 

  • Ensure end-to-end coherence of eCommerce initiatives across markets, channels, and functional workstreams 

  • Drive alignment between strategy and execution and orchestrate cross-market delivery of growth initiatives 

 

Enable executive decision-making and strategic prioritisation 

  • Drive clarity and prioritisation across competing strategic initiatives, ensuring focus on highest-value opportunities 

  • Translate complex, cross-functional challenges into structured options, trade-offs, and clear recommendations 

  • Support senior leadership in decision-making through insight-led framing and structured problem solving 

 

Executive communication and strategic storytelling 

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality executive updates and strategic narratives 

  • Communicate complex topics in a clear, structured, and decision-ready format tailored to senior stakeholders 

  • Synthesize cross-functional inputs into coherent storytelling that supports alignment and momentum 

  • Translate strategy and analysis into compelling narratives that drive impact 

 

Build and lead a high-performing team 

  • Lead and develop a small team while influencing and mentoring broader teams to deliver strategic eCommerce growth impact  

  • Foster a culture of customer-centric thinking, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the organization 

  • Provide senior-level guidance, strategic direction and coaching, ensuring the team drives initiatives that advance Pandora’s global ecommerce goals 

 

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a proactive, forward-thinking Senior eCommerce Growth Manager who brings both the rigor of data-driven decision making and the creativity to challenge the status quo. You don’t just respond to existing plans, you identify untapped opportunities, shape new growth paths, and influence the broader business to bring them to life. 

 

You think beyond immediate performance levers, with a focus on long-term, sustainable growth and unlocking incremental value across the digital ecosystem. You’re skilled at navigating ambiguity, embedding eCommerce thinking in upstream processes, and influencing stakeholders across functions to drive transformation. Naturally curious and collaborative, you bring others along with you through strong relationships and clear, strategic communication. 

 

You’ll ideally have: 

  • A consumer-centric mindset, with proven experience in eCommerce, digital strategy, or digital transformation manager role in a global, consumer-facing organization 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects that span strategy and execution 

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving initiatives that deliver measurable P&L impact 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage senior leaders across product, marketing, tech, and commercial functions 

  • A track record of working with ambiguity and building structure from scratch 

  • A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and influencing skills 

  • Familiarity with digital platforms, analytics, content ecosystems, and customer journey mapping 

  • Experience managing or mentoring others, either directly or through matrix leadership 

  • A growth mindset of continuous improvement, always questioning how things can be done better, smarter, and more efficiently
