Senior Manager, Communications Store Creative
Shape the Creative Expression of Pandora Stores Worldwide
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic leader to join Pandora's Store Creative & Design team as Senior Manager, Store Communications Creative.
In this role, you will lead the creative development and execution of global store communications, bringing our campaigns, products, and brand stories to life across retail environments worldwide. You will define visual identities, creative concepts, graphic systems, and storytelling approaches that create inspiring and memorable customer experiences while ensuring consistency across markets.
Combining hands-on creative direction with leadership of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external creative partners to deliver distinctive, culturally relevant, and scalable retail communications across customer-facing in-store touchpoints.
What You'll Do
Lead Creative Concept Development
- Develop creative territories, campaign concepts, and storytelling approaches for global store communications.
- Translate brand and product strategies into compelling retail experiences that strengthen customer engagement and brand recognition.
- Drive ideation and creative exploration from concept through execution.
- Use consumer, cultural, and retail insights to inform creative concepts and ensure relevance across markets.
Define Visual Identity & Art Direction
- Shape and evolve visual identity systems, including typography, imagery, graphic design principles, layouts, and campaign assets.
- Provide hands-on art direction throughout the creative process, from moodboards and prototypes to final production.
- Lead creative reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback that elevates the quality of ideas and execution.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of craft and execution across all customer-facing communications.
Drive Global Retail Communication Excellence
- Lead the development of printed communications, graphic assets, and in-store storytelling materials.
- Create scalable frameworks, templates, and guidelines that enable effective global-to-local execution.
- Oversee production quality and creative standards across printed communications and in-store assets.
- Balance global brand consistency with local market relevance.
Collaborate Across Teams & Partners
- Partner closely with Brand, Creative Studio, Design Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Brief and manage external creative talent, including designers, photographers, illustrators, filmmakers, copywriters, and agencies.
- Build strong creative partnerships that bring fresh ideas and perspectives into the work.
- Manage external creative partners, production budgets, and delivery plans to ensure high-quality execution at scale.
Lead, Mentor & Inspire
- Lead and develop a team of creative professionals through coaching, feedback, and creative mentorship.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and creative excellence.
- Champion new ideas, emerging trends, and innovative approaches to retail communication.
- Encourage creative exploration, testing, and continuous improvement to strengthen customer engagement and retail impact.
What You'll Bring
- A well-established track record in Creative Direction, Art Direction, Brand Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-led campaigns, visual identity systems, and exceptional creative execution.
- Experience leading creative teams and managing external creative partners.
- Ability to translate business and brand strategies into compelling customer-facing creative concepts.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, visual storytelling, print communication, and retail creative execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experience working within retail, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer-facing brands is strongly preferred.
