About the Team:

As part of Pandora's continued Digital & Technology growth in Copenhagen, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help our product teams deliver value, improve ways of working, and strengthen agile maturity across the organization.You will join our Scrum Master Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Delivery Excellence domain, collaborating closely with Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, and Transformation Coaches. As part of a central CoE, you will work with one or more agile teams while partnering closely with product leaders, technology stakeholders, and business teams.

 

As our products, platforms, and teams continue to evolve, you will play a key role in enabling effective delivery, fostering high-performing teams, and bringing structure and transparency to increasingly complex initiatives.


What You'll Do:

As a Scrum Master, you will be a servant leader, coach, facilitator, and delivery partner, helping teams achieve sustainable high performance while delivering business value.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Enable teams to execute product roadmaps and strategic priorities by removing barriers and creating the conditions for success
  • Coach teams, Product Managers, and stakeholders in agile principles, practices, and mindsets
  • Support teams in developing into self-organizing, outcome-focused, high-performing units
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to improve backlog management, prioritization, and planning
  • Drive continuous improvement through regular inspection, feedback, and adaptation
  • Identify, manage, and help resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments
  • Support teams working across projects, programmes, and product initiatives by creating clarity, alignment, and delivery focus
  • Apply project and delivery management practices where appropriate, including planning, stakeholder engagement, dependency management, status reporting, and risk mitigation
  • Help teams optimize flow using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid ways of working
  • Support capacity planning, budgeting activities, and delivery forecasting
  • Contribute to Pandora's DevOps transformation and adoption of modern engineering practices
  • Actively contribute to the Scrum Master CoE by sharing learnings, strengthening standards, and helping shape best practices across the organization


What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a collaborative and experienced Scrum Master who is equally comfortable coaching teams, facilitating delivery, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

 
Typically, you bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile product and technology organizations
  • Proven experience coaching teams and leaders in agile ways of working, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Experience working in scaled agile environments where multiple teams collaborate on shared products or platforms (SAFe, Spotify model, or similar)
  • Experience supporting the delivery of global solutions across multiple markets and stakeholder groups
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and flow-based delivery practices, including work-in-progress management, visualisation techniques, and delivery metrics
  • Solid project and delivery management capabilities, including planning, stakeholder management, risk management, dependency coordination, and communication
  • A servant leadership mindset with excellent facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to bring structure and clarity to complex delivery environments while keeping teams focused on outcomes and value creation
  • A strong interest in technology and an understanding of modern digital product development
  • Experience working with DevOps teams and engineering-focused environments is an advantage
  • Experience with Jira and agile tooling is considered a plus
