  • Develop forecasting models using data, trends, and commercial insights to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with Merchandising teams to define launch forecasts and buying volumes for new product introductions.
  • Manage product lifecycle and exit planning to optimize inventory performance and cost.
  • Collaborate with global and local merchandising teams to maximize commercial performance and market execution.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders through market reviews and business planning processes.

Ideally, You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Merchandising Planning, Demand Planning, Buying, Allocation, or a similar commercial planning function, plus 1-2 years of leadership or people management experience. Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience within retail, fashion, consumer goods, or another fast-paced customer-focused industry.
  • Strong forecasting and analytical capabilities, including experience with statistical forecasting methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels.
  • A strong commercial mindset and passion for identifying opportunities that drive growth and performance.
  • The ability to simplify complex analysis and communicate clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using planning tools such as o9, APTEAN, or similar platforms.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic global environment.
