Drive global inventory strategy and performance
The Inventory Strategy function is a key enabler of Pandora’s operational and commercial performance, ensuring the right balance between product availability, working capital, and efficiency. As Manager, Inventory Strategy, you will drive end-to-end inventory performance through data-driven insights, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
You will act as the link between Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain and local markets—translating inventory data into clear actions that improve stock efficiency, reduce risk, and support business growth. Joining an ambitious and collaborative global team, you will play a central role in strengthening Pandora’s inventory discipline and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across markets.
Your accountabilities will be to:

Define and drive global inventory strategies across product categories and markets

Translate inventory and performance data into actionable recommendations

Own and improve inventory KPIs, ensuring transparency and strong performance tracking

Lead forecasting and inventory planning improvements in collaboration with Planning teams

Run regular performance reviews, identifying risks and opportunities and driving concrete actions

Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and market teams to ensure alignment

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and ways of working
Strong analytical profile within inventory and supply chain
We imagine you bring a strong combination of analytical capabilities, business understanding, and stakeholder management skills. You are confident turning complex data into clear actions and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
We hope you bring the following experience and competencies:

4–6+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or similar

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions

Experience working with forecasting, inventory optimization, and performance tracking

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
-
Commercial mindset with focus on balancing availability and working capital

Experience working in global organisations is an advantage

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools
