Director, Talent Strategy & Attraction

City:  Copenhagen V
Country/Region:  DK
Application Deadline:  30 October 2026

In the Global Talent Center of Excellence, reporting to Pandora’s Vice President of Talent, you will play a dual role with high strategic impact.

In Talent Strategy, support the VP Talent on the executive talent agenda; coordinate the annual executive talent wheel with strong preparation and sharp insights, contribute to the Talent COE milestones and KPIs tracking, and support strategic projects for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board through critical moments of transformation.

In Talent Attraction, be the subject matter expert and own the enterprise hiring and assessment standards, processes and tools, enabling global high-quality hiring.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP Talent to enable the executive talent agenda, supporting the Executive Leadership Team and the Board through critical moments of transformation
  • Support the executive talent agenda: coordinate the annual talent wheel and associated processes, ensuring relevance, strong preparation and sharp insights
  • Support the VP Talent in prioritizing initiatives and tracking milestones and KPIs of the COE
  • Be the subject matter expert in Talent Attraction and Assessment for Pandora, worldwide
  • Own the enterprise hiring and assessment strategy, governance, standards and operating model, including the global assessment capability – frameworks, methodologies and platforms
  • Lead the multi-year Talent Attraction transformation roadmap: processes, tools, technology and data to support hiring decisions
  • Own candidate and hiring manager experience, EVP activation and pre-boarding excellence
  • Align 11 TA leaders through the global matrix organization, creating coherence, governance and accountability, as well as leveraging globally best practices

What you bring

  • Ideal for candidates with strong business strategy experience and a highly structured approach to defining, tracking and reporting major transformation initiatives
  • Motivation to expand business strategy impact through subject matter ownership in Talent Attraction and Assessment
  • Highly successful TA leaders will be considered only with a proven track record on their organization’s executive talent agenda. TA delivery experience alone is insufficient, given the Executive Talent agenda side of the role
  • Experience co-creating effective standards and governance that meet market needs and drive adoption across the matrix organization
  • Strong project leadership on multi-year transformation roadmaps
  • Data-literate and AI savvy, using hiring KPIs to drive decisions and creating outstanding executive-ready materials
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to take on and deliver multiple tasks independently
  • Highly credible with senior stakeholders and confident supporting confidential executive topics

What you will deliver

  • An executive talent cycle that is well prepared, insight-led and supported to run on time
  • Talent COE priorities, milestones and KPIs supported, tracked and reported
  • Strategic talent projects and initiatives supported, helping senior leadership through critical moments of transformation
  • Decision-ready talent insights prepared for the ELT on succession, critical roles and leadership capability
  • Hiring standards, processes and tools adopted globally
  • TA transformation delivered, strengthening hiring effectiveness and capability
  • Accurate leadership and critical talent decisions through best-in-class assessment
  • Global consistency across recruitment and assessment practices
  • Candidate and hiring manager experience standards and pre-boarding toolkit in place
  • EVP activated across all markets and populations
