City:  Copenhagen V
Country/Region:  DK
Application Deadline:  April 15th, 2026

Drive Pandora’s strategic initiatives within the Marketing Organization
As our CMO Office Director, you will partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to support the continued growth of Pandora and drive strategic initiatives. You will seek to extend the CMO’s capacity by collaborating with the Marketing Lead Team (MLT), Cluster leads and other key stakeholders to coordinate and expedite the completion of projects and priorities. You will be a thought partner to the CMO and the MLT, where you will support in setting the function’s direction aligned to the company’s strategies.

In this role, you will create structure and focus on ideas that the CMO is exploring – and based on this, develop recommendations for action. A key responsibility will be to proactively flag issues or risks, and to develop mitigation plans or workarounds with the appropriate teams. The role will also support the CMO in preparing key leadership forums, such as MLT meetings, Marketing Townhalls, Social Breakfasts, and Business Performance Reviews, by ensuring clear agendas, consistent materials and strategic alignment across topics.

In addition, the role will own the development and execution of the Marketing Academy, driving a capability‑led organisation and ensuring learning priorities are embedded across the function. You will also lead cross‑functional strategic workstreams such as the Sustainability Roadmap, Risk Management and the Business Continuity Plan, ensuring these foundational initiatives are up to date, actionable and well‑integrated into broader Marketing priorities. You will conceive improved ways in which the Marketing organisation can interact to accomplish common business goals and be inspired by the Pandora values. Furthermore, you will spearhead the communication within the Marketing organisation and gain commitment from the team to achieve business objectives through clear communication of the CMO’s vision.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Facilitating and coordinating the MLT to ensure meetings are efficient, collaboration is fostered, and organizational priorities are clear.
  • Reviewing strategic objectives with the CMO and the MLT, and ensuring adequate planning, resourcing and risk management is in place over each strategic initiative.
  • Providing periodic (quarterly/monthly) tracking and reporting on the progress of current strategic initiatives and CMO objectives.
  • Driving Risk Management activities, and ensuring there is a Business Continuity Plan in place.
  • Partnering with Sustainability team to manage the Marketing Sustainability agenda.
  • Developing and facilitating execution of the plan, and driving the CMO office programs, in close collaboration with the executive assistant.
  • Working closely together with the MLT and HR to establish the capabilities needed for today and tomorrow, as well as ensuring the learning plan is executed.
  • Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving organizational health, such as employee engagement, culture building, training, and development programs.
  • Leading your own team, strengthening eNPS and inclusion, with a specific focus on team development.
