The Creative Director plays a key role in shaping and evolving the creative direction of the world’s largest jeweler brand. Working closely with the Senior Director of Global Campaigns, the in‑house Creative Studio and cross‑functional partners, the Creative Director is responsible for bringing brand‑specific creative work to life across all touchpoints.
The position requires a passion for global creative storytelling, with demonstrated experience leading campaigns across film, motion (including CGI) and stills. The Creative Director will have a deep understanding of how to translate ideas into movement - from concept and storyboarding through to final execution, and how film and motion function as primary drivers of brand expression. This role combines creative vision with team leadership, setting the standard for concept development, execution and presentation across the creative department.
The Creative Director will interpret business requirements and partner briefs with speed and clarity, translating them into refined, elegant and impactful creative solutions. Exceptional presentation and communication skills are essential, as the role involves pitching creative concepts to senior stakeholders and guiding teams through the full creative development process.
Experience within luxury fashion, beauty and/or hospitality environments is critical, alongside a strong ability to deliver work to Pandora’s high aesthetic standards. The Creative Director will lead projects independently while also contributing within larger creative teams. A holistic understanding of all consumer touchpoints is required, from hero global campaigns across moving image and stills to social activations and in‑store retail creative.
As a senior creative leader, the role will organize and align cross‑functional efforts to ensure seamless creative execution. The Creative Director will define creative needs and oversee delivery across 360° branding, marketing materials, print and digital platforms. Close collaboration is required with other internal teams and creatives across the world, as well as with business partners in production, post‑production, project management, and teams across Retail, E‑commerce, Social, PR, Media and Corporate Communications to ensure work is delivered on‑brand, on‑time and to the highest standard.
The Creative Director will serve as a mentor and leader to creative staff, supporting performance reviews, career development, resource planning and talent growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and uphold the creative vision and quality of output across all assigned projects
• Translate business objectives and partner briefs into compelling creative concepts
• Lead global campaigns across film, motion, stills, social and retail environments
• Key execution on 360° projects (branding, deck typesetting, photo art direction for model shoot and still life shoots, video art direction, packaging, social media, retail design, experiential design, digital and print design)
• Act as brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency and excellence
• Lead on‑set art direction and oversee post‑production processes
• Manage campaign rollouts across formats and platforms
• Partner cross‑functionally to deliver cohesive, on‑brand creative work
• Lead, mentor and manage multidisciplinary creative teams, including coaching, inspire and oversee needs
Required Skills & Experience
• University degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or equivalent
• Extensive experience as Senior Art or Creative Director in design, fashion, hospitality and/or post‑production environments
• Leadership experience, leading and managing creative teams in a Global corporate environment
• Strong expertise in film, motion and visual storytelling
• Advanced graphic design sensibility, typography and art direction skills
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of social, print and digital ecosystems
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Strong cultural awareness across art, design, technology, photography and contemporary visual culture
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, working cross-collaboratively across the business with other creative teams
• Expertise in Figma/Sketch, video/motion graphics, illustration and hand-lettering skills is meritorious
