Then you might be the new Commercial Analyst, Digital Partners we're looking for to join our Global eCommerce team in Copenhagen! 

 

In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, evaluating, and advancing new Digital Partner opportunities across global markets. Working day to day with the Business Development Manager, you will provide the analytical foundation, business cases, and stakeholder coordination needed to support strategic decision-making and unlock new growth opportunities for Pandora. 

 

As Commercial Analyst, Digital Partners, you will support the development and expansion of Pandora's Digital Partner ecosystem, including marketplaces, multi-brand retailers, and other strategic partners. 

You will combine commercial analysis, financial modelling, market research, and stakeholder management to help evaluate opportunities and support their successful execution. This role offers broad exposure across markets and functions, while providing valuable experience working with senior stakeholders and strategic initiatives.   

 

Key responsibilities 

Drive opportunity identification and pipeline development 

  • Support the identification and qualification of new Digital Partner opportunities across regions and markets 

  • Conduct market sizing and commercial assessments to evaluate growth potential 

  • Build and maintain a structured opportunity pipeline and prioritization framework 

  • Assess partner attractiveness across commercial, operational, and brand dimensions 

 

Build business cases and generate commercial insights 

  • Develop business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations for new and existing partner initiatives 

  • Gather and synthesize inputs from Finance, Operations, Technology, and regional stakeholders 

  • Build and continuously improve performance reporting and insights to support business case delivery, planning, and growth decisions. 

  • Support senior decision-making with robust data-driven analysis 

 

Support partner engagement and cross-functional execution 

  • Prepare materials, analyses, and recommendations for partner discussions and business reviews 

  • Coordinate information requests and stakeholder inputs during evaluation and launch phases 

  • Track actions, dependencies, and milestones across multiple workstreams 

  • Support readiness assessments and post-launch performance reviews 

 

Deliver market intelligence and strategic insights 

  • Monitor developments across e-commerce, marketplaces, and digital retail partnerships 

  • Conduct competitor and market research across categories and regions 

  • Create concise insights and recommendations to support strategic discussions 

  • Maintain visibility on emerging digital business models and industry best practices 

 

 

 

Enable senior stakeholder decision-making 

  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and executive materials for leadership forums 

  • Translate complex analyses into clear and actionable recommendations 

  • Support discussions involving senior stakeholders across the global organization 

  • Ensure decisions, learnings, and documentation are captured and shared effectively 

 

What we’re looking for 

You are naturally curious and enjoy solving complex business problems through data and analysis. You are highly structured, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can balance attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective. Most importantly, you are motivated by creating clarity from complexity and enjoy collaborating across teams to turn opportunities into tangible business results. We imagine that you have: 

  • 2-4 years of experience within Business Development, Strategy, Management Consulting, Commercial Finance, E-commerce, or a similar analytical commercial role 

  • A relevant degree within Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field 

  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with financial models and business cases 

  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in a structured and concise manner 

  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions 

  • Professional proficiency in English 

 

Experience with e-commerce, digital marketplaces, fashion, jewellery, or consumer goods is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.

As part of Pandora's Global eCommerce organization, you will join a team shaping the future of digital growth for the world's largest jewellery brand. 

The Digital Partners team is responsible for accelerating Pandora's growth through marketplaces, multi-brand retailers, social commerce, online presence of distributors and other strategic digital partnerships.  

Working across markets, functions, and senior stakeholders, we identify new growth opportunities, build business cases, and help bring innovative digital partner models to life. 

 

In this role, you will work day to day with the Business Development Manager, Digital Partners, while collaborating with colleagues across functions such as Commercial Finance, Global Ecom, Technology, Legal, and regional eCommerce teams. You will gain broad exposure to strategic initiatives and play an active role in supporting decisions that shape Pandora's future digital growth agenda.
