About the Role

As our new Associate Specialist, you'll draw on subject matter expertise to manage defined eCommerce capabilities and drive continuous improvement across product information, search, personalisation, and cookie governance. 

 

Working with moderate autonomy within established frameworks, the role acts as a recognised domain expert, delivering analysis and recommendations that inform business decisions. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Digital & Technology, the Privacy team, and local market colleagues to ensure accurate product data flows, compliant cookie practices, and optimised on-site experiences.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the business ownership of the Product Information Management (PIM) system, maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global standards across markets.
  • Monitoring and managing the flow of product data between upstream and downstream systems, identifying inconsistencies and coordinating resolution with relevant technical teams.
  • Applying expertise in the Bloomreach search tool to oversee configuration, day-to-day operations, and adherence to best practice guidelines.
  • Overseeing the operation and ongoing optimization of the Product Recommendation tool within Salesforce Commerce Cloud Einstein and the transitioning Bloomreach platform, identifying opportunities to improve performance.
  • Acting as the technical point of contact for cookie consent management, coordinating the configuration and troubleshooting of cookie-related matters on site and supporting the implementation of policy updates as directed by the Privacy team.
  • Translating business requirements into structured briefs for Digital & Technology teams, applying established ways of working and Agile processes to ensure clear and actionable outputs.
  • Owning and maintaining documentation, process guides, and best practice materials, ensuring consistent execution across local markets within defined standards.

 

What is needed to succeed

  • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, product data management, or a related digital role
  • Foundational experience with PIM systems (InRiver), Bloomreach, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), or similar eCommerce platforms
  • Working knowledge of product data flows, product attributes, and catalogue management principles
  • Basic understanding of search and personalisation tools, including product recommendation configuration
  • Familiarity of cookie consent platform (OneTrust) and related privacy or compliance considerations
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams, with an understanding of Agile ways of working
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage effectively with local market and global stakeholders
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to documentation and process adherence
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
