Where digital excellence meets global scalability
As our new Associate Specialist, Global eCommerce, you will support the management and continuous improvement of key site capabilities across Pandora’s global online ecosystem. Acting as a central coordination point, you’ll ensure business needs are translated effectively into technical execution — while safeguarding consistency with global standards.
In this role, you will work closely with Markets, Digital & Technology (D&T), Marketing, and wider global stakeholders to deliver scalable, aligned, and customer‑first solutions. Through proactive support and structured ways of working, you’ll help reduce operational friction and strengthen overall execution across markets.
You will:
- Own site catalog management, ensuring accurate product setup and global consistency
- Act as the primary contact for technical SEO configurations and best‑practice alignment
- Serve as subject-matter expert for product discovery and personalisation features
- Translate business needs into structured requirements in collaboration with D&T
- Monitor and optimise site performance and customer experience
- Provide documentation, guidelines, and best‑practice frameworks for markets
- Support issue resolution and ensure clear communication across teams
- Contribute to process optimisation, governance, and global ways of working

You’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in global eCommerce operations or digital merchandising
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Bloomreach or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of catalog management, product feeds, and feature governance
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
- Experience collaborating with Product/Digital & Technology teams in Agile environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in global setups
- Structured working style with strong documentation and process orientation
Bonus point for:
- Experience in multi‑market or global eCommerce organisations
- Familiarity with SEO, eCommerce platform, sorting rules, or product recommendation engines
