About the Role

We are currently looking for an Analyst to support Pandora’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda by generating advanced insights and analytical frameworks that enable better commercial decision-making across pricing, promotions, and portfolio strategy.

The role combines strategic analysis, advanced analytics, and insight development to support leadership discussions, shape key commercial decisions, and strengthen Pandora’s RGM capabilities. In this role, you will translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations and help embed analytics into decision-making across the organization, by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. • Supporting ELT-level strategic projects by translating complex data into structured analyses and actionable insights
  • Developing analytical frameworks to evaluate strategic initiatives such as portfolio changes, pricing strategies, and category performance
  • Translating analytical findings into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for leadership discussions and decision-making
  • Developing and maintaining core RGM reporting frameworks, as well as building scalable dashboards and analytical tools that support decision-making across global and market teams
  • Supporting RGM communications and reporting, including internal insights and competitor pricing analysis
  • Identifying opportunities to apply advanced analytics and AI to improve pricing, promotions, and commercial decision-making
  • Collaborating with Data & Analytics teams to explore predictive models and analytical tools that strengthen RGM insights
  • Partnering with stakeholders across RGM, Merchandising, Finance, and Data & Analytics teams to ensure analytical work addresses key business questions.
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders across levels, including senior leadership, ensuring clarity and impact

What is needed to succeed

You are a strong communicator with solid storytelling skills and the ability to present analytical insights clearly to senior stakeholders. You are ownership-driven and have a proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail. You enjoy cross-functional collaboration and can effectively manage various stakeholders.

Additionally, we are expecting that you have and can demonstrate:

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial analytics, strategy, revenue growth management, pricing, consulting, or similar analytical roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Commercial curiosity and strategic thinking, with an interest in pricing, promotions, and consumer behaviour
  • Continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking new analytical approaches and tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex analysis and modelling
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar), as well as working with large datasets and data querying tools, ideally including SQL
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate analytical insights into clear, executive-ready materials
