About the Team:
The Pandora Operations team has a mission to provide the fastest and most accurate level of service to all internal and external customers, while closely managing operating expenses and striving for continuous improvement across all areas.
The Senior Carrier Analyst will serve as a SME for B2C transportation processes, systems, and carrier relationships. This position will play an integral role in the development, execution and maintenance of carrier agreements and all shipping of jewelry to our end consumer.
Your Role as Senior Carrier Analyst:
- Establish and manage strong relationships with transportation carriers to ensure service reliability, capacity, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate transportation execution across third‑party and e‑commerce distribution centers.
- Communicate shipment forecasts and support peak/holiday planning through effective routing and capacity planning.
- Lead carrier onboarding and support new shipping method setup at distribution centers.
- Monitor carrier performance, lane volumes, and service execution; adjust routing as needed.
- Partner cross‑functionally to resolve transportation issues and support end‑to‑end order delivery.
- Audit transportation invoices to ensure accuracy, rate compliance, and data integrity.
- Track, analyze, and report transportation KPIs to drive performance and decision‑making.
- Lead logistics initiatives, process improvements, and cost containment efforts.
- Support and lead TMS E‑commerce implementation and ongoing optimization.
- Serve as a key liaison to leadership and operational teams, influencing decisions through data‑driven insights.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts and specialists, supporting team development and collaboration.

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field required.
- 5–8 years of combined experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong hands‑on experience managing transportation and carrier processes, including performance optimization and issue resolution.
- Solid knowledge of modern distribution practices and logistics technologies, including OMS, WMS, and TMS platforms, with experience integrating systems to drive efficiency.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment; adaptable and execution‑focused.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, manage priorities effectively, and work independently.
- Demonstrated collaborative mindset that supports strong team relationships and cross‑functional partnership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and recommendations.

Maryland Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience
