Your Role as a Senior Specialist, GBS Transformation and Enabling Services LATAM:
As a Senior Specialist within the GBS Transformation & Enabling Services Team, you will help shape and deliver the continuous improvement and transformation agenda across the Global Business Services organization. You will support the execution of projects aimed at enhancing operational performance, strengthening service delivery and enabling sustainable business growth.
Through a combination of project coordination, process optimization and change enablement, you will drive the implementation of impactful solutions and help translate business objectives into tangible business outcomes. You will work across functions and stakeholder groups to ensure initiatives are executed effectively, organizational readiness is established and benefits are realized.
In this role, you will be accountable for independent coordination and delivery of selected initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, disciplined execution and robust governance throughout the project lifecycle. By providing clear visibility of progress, managing risks and dependencies, and monitoring business outcomes, you will help ensure that transformation efforts deliver measurable and sustainable results.
Key responsibilities:
Initiative Execution & Project Coordination
• Independently coordinate execution of continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across GBS functions to increase efficiency, quality and compliance.
• Independently lead and deliver small to medium-sized projects, ensuring achievement of project milestones, timelines, business objectives and governance requirements.
• Support and cooperate with GBS Program and Project Managers in planning, tracking and delivering projects within global transformation programs.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, and reporting tools to ensure transparency and progress monitoring.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support implementation of standardization, simplification and automation initiatives (documentation).
• Proactively identify and track risks, dependencies and issues; ensure timely follow-up and escalation.
Stakeholder & Change Coordination
• Act as coordination point between GBS teams, local operations and enabling functions (IT, Finance, Governance).
• Ensure clear communication of objectives, deliverables and progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and follow-ups to drive execution and to embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Support rollout of change management plans, including training, communication and adoption tracking.
• Support monitor stakeholder engagement and address adoption gaps during initiatives.
Performance Tracking & Knowledge Management
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track initiative performance and benefits realization.
• Support dashboards and reports maintenance to provide visibility on progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of documentation and training materials.
• Ensure structured knowledge transfer and effective handover to operations teams.
• Support data-driven identification of improvement opportunities and performance gaps.

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, transformation, implementation support or GBS/SSC environment, with proven ownership of defined workstreams or subprocesses.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and deliverables within an agreed scope.
• Demonstrated expertise in process optimization frameworks, operational excellence methodologies and change implementation practices.
• Professional certification in Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, Scrum) is highly preferred.
• Professional certification in Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) is highly preferred.
