Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Human Resources Generalist - GBS in Mexico City, Mexico.

 

Main purpose of the role

 

Employee Relations: 

 

  • Handle employee relations cases (investigations, conflict resolution, performance issues)
  • Coach managers on handling sensitive situations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Lead GBS MX employees onboarding and Buddy programs, continuously improving processes for a seamless employee experience
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

 

  • Oversee end-to-end hiring process for GBS employees
  • Partner with GBS hiring managers to define staffing needs
  • Support employer branding and recruiting strategy
  • Support on TA admin tasks (posting, screening, etc.)

 

Performance Management:

 

  • Partner with GBS MX Leaders to implement effective HR practices aligned with business and function goals
  • Guide managers through performance review cycles. Provide guidance and coaching on performance management, feedback culture, and employee development goals
  • Support improvement plans and competency development
  • Ensure fairness and consistency across teams
  • Support GBS organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and talent framework alignment

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 

  • Support salary reviews, benchmarking, and structure alignment
  • Support compensation and benefits processes, providing guidance and ensuring fairness and compliance
  • Ensure GBS MX employees understand their benefits programs
  • Provide input into compensation strategy based on market data
  • Act as SPOC and laisse with Medical Insurance for GBS employees

 

Training & Development:

 

  • Identify capability gaps and propose training initiatives
  • Facilitate or coordinate workshops, onboarding, and development programs. Organize and facilitate training programs, supporting career development and skill enhancement

 

HR Policies & Compliance:

 

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal guidelines

 

HR Data, Reporting & Analytics:

 

  • Track HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism, headcount)
  • Provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning

 

Culture & Engagement:

 

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals
  • Act as a culture ambassador within the organization
  • Drive health & wellbeing initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging

 

Strategic Support:

 

  • Provide recommendations on organizational structure and workforce planning
  • Support change-management initiatives
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements across locations, collaborating with GBS HR Business Partner

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and local labor law
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role within a complex, multinational organization
  • Proven experience in performance management, employee relations and talent development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and influence decision-making
  • Experience in managing HR projects and driving process improvements
  • Experience supporting managers and senior leadership
  • Ability to interpret and apply employment legislation
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and judgment
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrix, or global environments
