We are looking for an HR & Administration Specialist who is passionate about driving key HR processes while supporting the Country Manager in operational and administrative priorities. This role is critical in partnering with Store Managers to effectively manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure smooth, compliant HR operations.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position suited for a self-driven and accountable professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. It requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for people-someone who is motivated to make a tangible impact on both employee experience and organizational culture.
Job responsibilities covers the following:
Employee Relations & Advisory
- Serve as key point of contact for employee relations matters to Store Managers
- Advise Store Managers on sensitive people topics, ensuring risk identification and mitigation
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Cooperate and support Store Magers in candidates selection and recruitment delivery to ensure timely, quality hiring
- Coordinated onboarding to ensure effective integration and access to training resources·
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage end-to-end personnel documentation (creation, signing, archiving, coordination with payroll provider)
- Administer HR systems (People Portal, SameSystem); ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, offboarding, documentation)
- Oversee occupational health processes, medical checks, and maternity-related cases with authorities
- Manage employee benefits (meal cards, MedLife) and processes related payments
Payroll & Compliance
- Support payroll verification and issue resolution in collaboration with payroll provider
- Ensure compliance with labour law, internal policies, and documentation standards
- Acte as main contact for employee requests, HR documentation, and administrative queries
- Coordinated onboarding to ensure effective integration and access to training resources
Finance & Administration
- Managed invoicing and financial processes (coding, tracking, payments, vendor setup)
- Acted as main contact for suppliers and invoicing/payment issues
We're a perfect match, if you have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as HR Specialist with 360 HR responsibility including, administration, payroll and recruitment
- A good understanding of Hungarian payroll and labor law
- Positive, pleasant, and approachable attitude with customer centric mindset
- Fluency in Hungarian and a good command of English
- Proficiency in Excel, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with full-cycle payroll/administration and employee life cycle HR processes
- Passion to work with and advise People Leaders on the employee related topics
- Retail background is highly appreciated
- Courage and willingness to learn I grow in dynamic and fast pace organization
