Supervisor, Quality Surveillance&Improvement (AAA)

Key accountabilities :  

•    Plan the appropriate process and product audit in accordance with risk level.  Communicate, verify and follow up on corrective action on nonconform to requirements with the relevant team for quality continuously improvement.

•    Define key process/parameter, monitor process capability and data statistic analysis to address and aware issues may occur including request the corrective action with follow up to relevant team.

•    Involve to the quality investigation process to find the potential rootcause as related to process/product.

•    Supervise process and product audit team to align with correct method, plan, transparency and reliable.

•    Initiate or suggestion new tool &, equipment, method for inspection/testing improvement to improve process and product quality, reduce waste, reduce working time and increase team’s productivity.

People development :

•    Train the team to understanding key critical process and product in each production step  and build confidenital in the team.

•    Control and supervise the team's operations. To be in accordance with the plans, policies, work rules and regulations of the company.

•    Plan to refresh training working team by timely schedule.

•    Analyze and develop the team's potential. To be able to work together with other departments effectively.

Personal Competencies :

•    Good communication skills, verbal, written and technical presentations.

•    Knowleadge on process/product audit, sampling plan, basic statistic.

•    Strong knowledge on manufacturing process.

•    Knowleadge in Quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP and control plan)

•    Good in Logical thinking, analysis, decision making and problem solving.

•    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

•    Ambition and ready to deal with change.
