Supervisor, Consumer Quality Management plays a pivotal role in driving strategic projects, enabling high-level communication across the organisation, and leading benchmarking research that turns market insight into opportunities for Pandora. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and project management efforts, and act as a key liaison for commercial engagement.
Key accountabilities
Strategic initiatives
- Manage strategic projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organisational goals.
- Communicate strategy to stakeholders, keep them aligned, and escalate issues as needed.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Oversee digital tools and new digital practices, including AI, to support strategy execution.
Commercial engagement & high-level communication
- Facilitate clear communication across all levels of the organisation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clusters, the global office, and the commercial team to align performance reporting, insights and knowledge sharing through quality forums.
- Plan, run, and report on retail tests and pilot programmes
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, hosting tours and events and ensuring a professional experience.
Benchmarking activities
- Lead a team conducting market research, competitor analysis, and comparisons to identify industry trends and best practices.
- Benchmark Pandora's offerings against the market to surface opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Manage benchmarking projects and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders, supporting decisions on innovation, development, and improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration/Management, Communication, Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in communication and project management. (Project management degree or certification is an advantage)
- Proficient in English, with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Experience working across a global, matrixed organisation with international teams.
