Supervisor, Consumer Quality Insights & Improvement

As Supervisor, Consumer Quality Insights & Improvement, you'll turn consumer feedback into insight, and insight into action. You'll analyze data and generate reports from multiple sources, then coordinate across teams to drive improvement — from routine, timely reporting through to projects that improve how our functions work and lift product and service quality.
Key accountabilities
Data & Insights
- Consolidate and analyze consumer voice from RMA, Voice of Consumer, and Quality Care mailbox inputs into a clear picture of product and service quality.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports with actionable recommendations that enhance product quality and consumer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain dashboards that let stakeholders across the organization monitor consumer feedback and track improvement.
- Drive end-to-end, after-launch initiatives, including expanding our consumer-voice channels.
Improvement & Coordination
- Serve as the point of contact for Quality Care, the channel through which we receive feedback from global retail and distribution centers.
- Lead product-enhancement projects by coordinating with relevant stakeholders across overseas, plants, and Thailand teams.
- Act as project manager for improvement actions: secure timelines and regularly update status and plans.
- Establish ways of working, workflows, and a framework for tracking Quality Care inputs.
- Lead AI and automation initiatives that streamline the data team's way of working, building tools and workflows that make insight generation faster and more scalable.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, or a business field.
- 3–5 years' experience in business analysis, project or improvement management, or quality engineering.
- Experience leading projects or activities with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or interest in the jewelry industry are a plus.
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Thai, written and spoken.
