Supervisor, Capacity Planning

Main purpose of the role:
•    Execute Midterm demand and capacity analysis to ensure that demand are proper allocate and capacity resources allocated and managed to meet unconstrained demand
•    Anticipate potential risk both demand and capacity, Develop planning strategies to mitigate risk.
•    Represent/Participate in changing business project, Lead the implementation activity, effectively communicated to end user.

Key accountabilities:
•    Develop and implement Midterm capacity planning strategies to ensure optimal capacity resource utilization.
•    Conduct demand analysis to project prebuild/planning backlog in each manufacturing plant and propose solutions to mitigate imbalances in demand.
•    Analyse midterm capacity analysis for all manufacturing at resource level to meet unconstrained demand, Identify issues and potential risks related to available capacity and propose mitigation strategies.
•    Execute long-term analysis related to machine capacity, considering investment lead times and future requirements.
•    Representative in changing business projects by leading teams and implementing necessary changes to end user.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on planning parameter / optimize capacity to meet forecast demand.
•    Analyse changes in planning parameters, assess their impacts, determine necessary actions, and implement mitigation strategies accordingly.
•    Identify improvement initiatives to increase capacity planning effectiveness.
•    Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities.
•    Communicate efficient and effective with all stakeholder.
