Staff, Cycle Quality Standards

Support quality standard data management to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and brand requirements. Coordinate and provide initial data required for internal operations within Manufacturing and for Global submissions.

NPD standard data
Gather required NPD quality standard data and ensure timely submission to internal teams and Global stakeholders.

• Standard Inspection Time: Record and update standard intial inspection time data.
• Inspection Tool: Collect essential technical inputs needed for inspection tool preparation.
• Standard Weight: Record and update standard weight across NPD initial phases.
• Engraving / Compliance: Submit engraving and compliance-related information.

Qualifications

• High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Computer, or related fields
• 0–1 year of experience in quality, inspection, or data-related work (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes; jewelry process knowledge is an advantage
• Basic English communication skills to support interactions with Global teams
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with data and numerical information
• Good coordination and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
